Residex can deliver the products you order via our own truck, UPS, FEDEX, or Common Carrier. Pick-up is also available at all of our seventeen locations. |

| Q | Do I have to pay for shipping? |

No, if your order is over $500, we will pay the shipping costs with the exception of hazmat fees on certain products. Residex will apply a shipping and handling fee to orders less than $500. |
| Q | What happens if the package I receive is damaged? |

Refuse the package or contact one of Residex's Customer Service Reps at 800-526-4222 and they will issue a pick-up and process a new order to replace the damaged goods. |
| Q | Does Residex sell to homeowners? |

It is Residex's policy not to sell any professional grade products to homeowners. If we have PMPs that sell consumer retail, we recommend those companies to the homeowners. |
